MemKit does not share or sell any of your data. The only third party that sees this data is Google Cloud because MemKit uses their VMs to run the website. While MemKit does not have reason to believe they look at the data, we want to inform you that they theoretically have access to it.

MemKit only uses strictly necessary cookies: session IDs. MemKit does not use cookies aside from session IDs to keep you logged in. MemKit never shares session IDs or uses them for any purpose beyond authentication. MemKit automatically expires session IDs after 30 days.

MemKit does not train models or AI on your data without your consent.

5. Public and Copyleft Data

Everything uploaded or entered into the app is public and copyleft by default. Be aware of this when using our service.

6. Safeguarding Your Information

Most of the information uploaded to MemKit is public and should not be sensitive or private to being with. Passwords are never stored in plaintext, but emails and phone numbers are. IP addresses may be stored in NGINX logs, but are not associated to session ids, usernames, emails, or phone numbers by any other means that MemKit is aware of.

All content uploaded or entered into MemKit is public and falls under copyleft by default. Users should be aware of this and only upload content they are comfortable sharing publicly.

To the greatest extent permitted by law, MemKit, LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

MemKit takes the presence of illegal content very seriously. If illegal content is reported or discovered, MemKit will remove it as soon as possible and provide all related information to the relevant authorities without delay.

These terms and your use of the service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MemKit, LLC is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
